Im sure we cn go through this hard time together. Im always here for you and also your family and friends to always support you whenver you need help.
We can make it through together okay. I love you so much.
Im fucking happy that finally i've lost 3 kg in 1 month.
And thanks to Bio Essence Inch loss body scrub too that i made it through.
i've been using it for about 9 days and i can see the different in me.
When i get my pay, im gonna buy the lotion extra strength and maybe atleast
once a week should go for jog or skip. Well, i didnt skip any of my meals
except for dinner ofcourse or i'll eat before 8 pm. Sometimes only if i didnt have my lunch i'll just eat even if its after 8,i dont care -.-
Currently im aiming to loose 15 kg before Hari Raya.
